We want to make sure that your PremiumHealth shopping experience is as good as possible.

On this page you can read how to deal with returns, damaged products and cancellations.

WE WILL REFUND ITEMS CORRECTLY SENT BACK TO US

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we give you the option of sending the products back within 30 calendar days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged (if applicable) and be suitable for resale.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO US

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service. Unless we receive notification from you, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

You can return the products within 30 days of receiving the products, please complete this with the proof of purchase / receipt and the reason for the return. Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

HANDLING DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service and send us photos of the packaging and the products it contains. However, if the packaging is already visibly damaged, refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY

Please note that we will not charge your credit card until your item is shipped from our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order before this happens, please contact our customer service immediately and we will try to stop the package before it is dispatched.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

Once your return has been received and checked, our customer service team will contact you to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the following days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your credit, please check your account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially announced. Next, get in touch with your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted. If you've already done all of these and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

FREE GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNED

We do not refund or accept returns for free gifts or promotional items provided to you free of charge.
